Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The arrangement was beautiful. But my real high point with this order was the delivery. Your delivery driver called to say that no one was home at the delivery address. He actually left that address and delivered the arrangement to my home so that we could get it to the recipient on time. I so appreciate his effort!

I needed a floral arrangement rather quickly because my stepdaughter was recovering from a recent motorcycle accident. When I called from Richmond, Virginia, I spoke with a charming young woman, Leah, who assisted me in choosing the European Garden-Holland floral arrangement. Leah was very helpful, polite, and informative, giving me her suggestions, but allowing me to decide.
